In
a double boiler, melt butter and stir in flour. add milk, salt ans
pepper; cook until thickened. Stir in diced turkey. Bake at 350º
for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly on edges. Add crushed potato chips
on top and return to oven for 5 minutes.
