oz Cream Cheese
2/3 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
Topping:
1 cup Sour Cream
3 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Crust:
1 pkg Graham Crackers-crushed
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Butter - soft |

Crust:
Use food processor to mix ingredients
and bake 8 minutes at 350 deg.
Beat cream cheese mixture with mixer.
Pour into 9" graham cracker crust
and bake 20 minutes at 350 deg.
Cool 5 minutes. Carefully spread on topping.
Bake 10 minutes longer.
Cool and chill 8 hours or longer. Also freezes well.
Serve with fresh fruit or fruit sauce. |
