lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground turkey
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1 1/2 stp. salt
Pepper
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. beef bouillon
Combine
beef, turkey, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, onion, thyme, sage, salt
and pepper in a large bowl. Shape in 2 inch meatballs and brown
in oil. Remove meatballs from fry pan and combine flour, milk, and
beef bouillon for the milk gravy in the fry pan. I usually shake
the flour and milk in the jar to avoid lumps.
Return meatballs to gravy and simmer until done.
